Delivery & Shipping

Every OrbiPrint emblem is made to order. We carefully make and check each item before sending it to you.

How long will my order take?

There are two stages to your order:

1. Making your emblem

• Production takes around 1–7 working days.
• Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
• Custom or more detailed designs may take longer.
• If there is a significant delay, we will let you know.

2. Delivering your emblem

• We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for all orders.
• Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days after dispatch.
• You will receive tracking information when your order is sent.

Please remember that delivery time is separate from production time.

How much is delivery?

We offer simple UK mainland delivery prices:

• Orders £35 or more: FREE delivery
• Orders under £35: £2.99 delivery

All orders include tracking.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to mainland addresses in:

• England
• Scotland
• Wales

Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to Northern Ireland, offshore islands or countries outside the UK.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Every order includes tracking.

Once your order is dispatched, we will email you a tracking link so you can follow your parcel.

What if my order is delayed?

Sometimes deliveries take longer than expected.

If your order hasn't arrived:

• Check your tracking link.
• Allow for possible Royal Mail delays.
• Contact us with your order number if you still need help.

We will look into the issue for you.

Can I change my delivery address?

If you have entered the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will try to update it before your order is dispatched.

Need your emblem for a certain date?

Please contact us before ordering. We can advise whether your deadline is likely to be achievable, but cannot guarantee a particular delivery date unless we have specifically agreed to it.
